What we collect
When you submit a service booking we collect your name, phone number, email address, your description of the device fault, any notes you provide, and — if you choose to give it — your device access password or PIN.
How we use it
We use this information solely to carry out and manage your repair: to identify your device, contact you about the job, and access the device where you have authorised us to. We send a booking confirmation to your email and an internal alert to our team.
How we protect it
Your device password/PIN is encrypted at rest and is only visible to the technician assigned to your job and to PC Mart administrators; every time it is viewed is logged. Access to booking records is restricted to authorised staff.
Retention
We keep booking records for as long as needed to service your repair and for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
